This book could be used for any elementary school grade level. The pictures are cute and help the reader know what is going on. Plus, it also teaches about many animals, such as the noises they make. For older grades, it could be used as a poetry lesson, looking at several different types of poetry. I like how the poems are too hard or long, and they are fun for kids to read or listen to.

This book combines learning about poetry and animals. I think children would find it interesting. I would use it in my classroom.
