My two boys are really into non-fiction right now, so we're reading books about animals that we have seen around our house and owls are one of them. This is a great book with wonderful pictures in it. Short little one page chapters keep the text moving and they are very interesting for the reader. Chapters include an owl's habitat, diet, mating & hatching, predators and more. Also included in the back of the book is an activity which demonstrates how owls see.
