Very comprehensive book on Cushing’s life through the lens of all his movie roles some of which are listed as lost. His roles as Dr. Van Helsing and Victor in the Hammer Dracula and Frankenstein films stand out to me as did seeing him on the silver screen as Grand Moff Tarkin in Star Wars as a child in 1977. Not only did was he a great actor who gave every role 120%, but from what everyone said about him he was a generous, humble, and kind man.

A required book for all fans of one of the greatest actors of all time. Each book in looked at very closely and no book on Cushing has ever come close to this one in terms of completion and depth.
