[Siren Classic Erotic Alternative Paranormal Romance, M/M, vampires, public exhibition, sex toys, HEA] I just wanted a night out on the town, a little fun. When Mr. Tall, Dark, and Mysterious walked into the bar, I knew my chances had just increased. Damn, he was fine, too. And I planned to have him before the night was through. I just had to get his attention first and then he would be mine. With that in mind, I started across the bar…Okay, I don’t do morning-afters, so why am I in bed with the same man I had sex with the previous night? And why are we in his bed? Why not my bed? I never went home with my conquests. He was really hot, and great in the sack, but I didn't do relationships. They were messy and emotional and…Wait. Are those fangs in his mouth? ** A Siren Erotic Romance

About Me
I believes the only thing sexier than a man in cowboy boots is two, or three men in cowboy boots. I also believes in love at first sight, soul mates, true love, and happy endings.

I live in the great Northwest region of the USA, with my gorgeous husband and soul mate, two boxer/collie puppies, one old biddy cats, and three fish. When I'm not being a mother to my six teenagers or cleaning up after my two 70 pound lap puppies, you can usually find me cuddled in bed with a book in my hand and a puppy in my lap. Or on my laptop, creating the next sexy man for one of my stories.

I welcomes comments from readers, so drop me a line. stormyglenn@hotmail.com

What do I do ?
I'm a writer of erotic, paranormal, werewolf, futuristic, contemporary, gay, and Ménage a Trois romances. I'm currently published with Siren Publishing, Torquere Press, and Noble Ellora's Cave.

If there's a single original concept here, I've missed it.

Micah is shallow and boring, with no redeeming value that I could see. Stavros is a regurgitation of a dozen other Lynn Hagen/Stormy Glenn/Joyee Flynn characters. The first 30 pages or so have maybe one page of plot, if I'm being generous. The whole book is utterly predictable and tedious.

Every character, concept and plot point is a really poor mash-up of most other Lynn Hagen/Story Glenn/Joyee Flynn books.

Everything about this book has already been written significantly better elsewhere. Since there are more "brothers", I just pray that this isn't the beginning of a series.

But my BIGGEST problem is... why does Siren keep publishing crap like this?

Most infuriating book ever.
Most shallow characters too
No plot
Absolutely no communication what so ever
Too many holes to count them.

Really, this is bad, even for this author...

2012 Review:

Uh. I am not quite sure whether I should be laughing my head off or raging in a mad fit.

This is one of the most asinine books I’ve ever read. The plot and character set-up and the invented super-tech were completely nonsensical and stupid. I am sure some weird twelve-year-old might get a kick out of them, provided you ditch the sex, but lord, this was awful.

The characters. Whiny drama-queens. Teenage ones, at that. (In spirit and behaviour, if not in body.) Immature, did I mention immature? Clinging to anything and any way that might possibly create a stupid conflict out of thin air. Including the one guy who apparently literally would rather kill himself than talk to his oh-so beloved and try to understand him.

So the whole thing started out as straight-up porn, complete with a slutty, unsympathetic protagonist narrating. (Yes, we have double first-person again.) It’s shallow, brutal and unsafe.

And then it gets “better”. Turns out the other guy is a self-important, delusional nutcase of the usual big, bad paranormal super-warrior type. And I don’t care if the human’s your soul mate, you do not fuck an unconscious man. That’s rape. Asshole.

Seriously, what is wrong with these people? Is it me? Has my perception become warped somehow so that I see high-handed disrespect and violent sex everywhere?

Actually, no. I am just terribly unlucky. I remember this author’s pulled crap like that before; it’s just that in connection with the book I read before this one I feel somewhat persecuted. And here I thought I could take a break with a silly, light book. Oh, it is both of these things, but it’s also atrociously bad and shoves the same issues at me with which the last book managed to ruin my day.

To make matters worse, this is obviously the first book for a series, although that’s not stated anywhere. But the setup could not be more obvious if it clocked me over the head with a tree limb.

Gah. I guess I am settling for being disgusted and annoyed.

I have to admit, there's a certain charm in Stormy Glenn books. I, for one, cannot resist them and I know I'll keep reading them.

This was a cute book. It's hard for me to rate because I wanted to actually slap Micah a few times. He was funny, and really slutty, so he gave me a lot of laughs. Except, he was somehow this big bad warrior who could knock down his mate without breaking a sweat later in the book but ran screaming from a weaponless man earlier in the book. I was flabbergasted with that.

I'm not a fan of alternating first person POV, so the style wasn't exactly to my liking. But the story is fast paced and easy to read. We get to see playful, serious, angry and cute moments that made the story very appealing. The plot is interesting and a bit different with relation to how the brothers originated on Earth.

I was intrigued with the story, who the brothers were, their mission and how they acted. I would love to be able to read more about them.

it was very difficult for me to finish this book. I stopped and took the book again like 4 or 5 times before finally ending it.
it reminds me a lot of those stories by JF and it's not a compliment.
I really like SG because she always makes me laugh. but unfortunately, not this time.

I feel like this is paedophilia, or something extremely illegal, considering the MC's mental age. It feels like I'm reading about someone who's age-retarded or something. In between foot-stamping, tantrum-throwing, and saying-things-I-didn't-mean-to, the only adult behaviour he's managed to display so far is the ability to have sex.

Never a stellar recommendation of a character.

I loved this book and can't wait for the next book! I don't typically give reviews but thought this one time I would. I think that not everyone will like it but that is ok because if everyone like what everyone else did then reading would become boring! I personally do not ever trash others in such a public way. I have written to an author about a book I didn't care for but that was in private (and I am ONLY a reader not a writer!). I think that for a Stormy Glenn book in 1st person it was interesting and new for her. I look forward to reading more about the other brothers!

At the beginning I swore I felt like I've either started reading this before or its very similar to another book (what I couldn't tell you at the moment) There are a few things that seem like copies of other books too. The one coming to mind is the vadok seeming quite similar to Christine Feehan's Carpathian vampires... but at the end of the day I still enjoyed it. Would be interested in continuing books on the other brothers

This was the biggest waste of time. This is a repeat of just about every story cliche this author has ever written. The characters are so stereotypical they are flatter than paperdolls. There's no emotion here just page after page of sex. I've never been so disappointed by this author.

The way this story started was simply absurd. Everything circled around sex, sex, sex. Gross really annoying if everything develops only around it. The storyline is really weak and bland. I don't recommend this

This book was not well written at all. Stormy Glen isn't the best writer, but this was bad even for her. The premise was over done, none of the characters were well thought out or fleshed out and the story line jumped all over the place.

2.5 rounded up to 3 stars. Siren books are definitely like crack to me. I just can't say no!

Wasn't a bad read for what it is, but it got pretty annoying that every time a valid concern or issue was brought up, it just kind of got ignored for more sex.

I don't think this was the best book Stormy Glenn has written but it was a good uplifting story. I love to read books like this for fun and just to not think hard.

A cute paranormal romance that totally reminded me of a gay black dagger brotherhood. A nice try, but still enjoyable.

I admit theres little direction here. But in my opinion the sex scenes totally made up for it. Love this book. I have read at least 8 times. At least!

I love all things (books) Stormy. This is not one of the absolute best however. It started well, but just didn't keep it up. Won't stop me reading the next one though.
