Song of the Deer is an inspiring, clear, and beautiful approach to one spiritual path aligned with the Earth and all of life. It draws on Native traditions with respect. It can be read as a beautiful wise mythology or as a powerful introduction to the Sweet Medicine path. I find deeper inspiration with each reading.
