Well this one was a fun read.
I’ve been in my MC era. I’ve read many MC books and even though the concept is mostly the same, they always manage to get my attention.
Cash is the President of the NOLA Rebels MC and he is best friend with Hutch the President of another MC from Arizona. Hutch needs a big favor, he asked Cash to watch and protect his daughter until they “take care” of a stalker that is tormenting her. The girl Deanna is a sexy 26 years old who is a mouthy baddie who’s always been kinda in love with Cash, she’s been pining over him for 2 years but he is 22 years older than her and her father’s best friend. But NOTHING and I mean NOTHING stops her from going after Cash, she is relentless and Knows exactly what she wants. He is attracted to her but he wants to do the right thing, he is this GORGEOUS AND SEXY silver fox, he is a reader, he founded a BADV (bikers against domestic violence), he is level headed, smart and collected. But he has no chance against her cause she Literally throws her “V” on his face and when I say literally I mean that’s exactly what happens 😂😂😂 the poor guy has no chance against this sexy dirty mouth girl who’s obsessed with him and will do whatever to have him.
He is KINKY and superrrrrrrrrrrrrr sexy, they are a fire couple and the book is super fun to read. Very very very SPICY 🌶️🥵🔥 I loved ! The plot it’s non existent since it’s just setting up for the rest of the series and it’s clear it will continue throughout. Over all I rate books on how they make me feel and I felt great reading this one 😍

Such a superficial relationship, based only on lust; I just couldn't see why they "loved" each other. It might be a me problem since I wanted a more consistent story. Instead, I got a lot of lust and spicy times, which were fine, but not enough for me to love this one.
But I'll read the next book, I'm so curious about how Summer will get her HEA. She deserves it so much 🥹.

this was my first ever mackenzy fox book i’ve read and it’s safe to say that it won’t be my last! it was also my first MC romance.
I LOVED cash and deanna. their chemistry and the tension between these two was on fire 🔥 cash and his dirty moth… goddamn. I physically couldn’t get enough. i also fell in love with the side characters and i can’t wait for jett’s book 🙈✨

This was probably my favorite book of this authors so far. She's been teasing this one since book 2 of the last series and it did not disappoint. The smexy in this one was 🔥🔥🔥🔥. A bit due to the taboo nature and the fact that it was almost like the readers were the ones being edged until the deed was done, lol. There were still a couple of unanswered threads, but I'm going to give the author the benefit of the doubt that they'll be answered in a later story. Looking forward to the coming stories!

(4.5 ✩) With tropes like these nothing short of the end of the world was preventing me snapping this book up. As soon as the all the cards were on the table I was anticipating all the feels, she’s a wild spirit in need of safety and he has the means to keep her in line while protecting her, it’s a perfect fit (most of the time)

If you wanna know about the spice, I’m gonna need a minute to cool down because it’s reaching boiling point with this one 🥵🔥 and that’s all I can say right now because this book could give the sun a new burst of life that’s the level of heat it’s got.

Deanna gets shipped off to the New Orleans chapter of the Rebels MC, run by her father's best friend Cash and the man she's had a massive crush on for years, to escape a stalker and to help redecorate the clubhouse.
Deanna has always been off limits and as his best friend's little girl, Cash has never looked at her as anything more than that. Deanna isn't a little girl anymore, and the more time spent with her and getting to know her has Cash seeing her in a completely different light.
I'm honestly a little bummed. Cash started out with this awesome stalker plot and then it sort of fizzled and went nowhere. Instead of upping the drama and suspense, this focused solely on Cash and Deanna and their hot and heavy relationship (no complaints with that at all lol). I just wish there had been more drama with the stalker!

The romance between Cash and Deanna was perfect! It was spicy but also so emotional, I loved watching these two actually have an adult relationship and talk about stuff without the extra useless drama we see in most books. The spicy scenes were hooolyyy hotness and I loved watching them interact with one another. The actual romance is in fact a slow burn, due to the fact that Cash has been betrayed before and it takes time for him to trust someone else like that again... But our girl Deanna isn't afraid to fight for what she wants and I am so here for that. I love a feisty female lead especially when the male lead is a pretty dominant character. Needless to say, I can't wait for the next installment in this series and I will e definitely be reading more of Makenzie's books in the future.

This was my first Mackenzy Fox book and I have to say it did not disappoint! It was so fun and exactly the read I needed.
Deanna is the daughter of an MC president and when her stalker escalates he decides to send her to the NOLA MC club and his best friend to work and protect her.
Cash is the president of the NOLA MC club and he's a silver fox with a controlling side in the bedroom (if you know what I mean..)
The romance between Cash and Deanna was perfect! It was spicy but also so emotional, I loved watching these two actually have an adult relationship and talk about stuff without the extra useless drama we see in most books. I absolutely loved Cash and D, their chemistry and banter were delicious and the way he was so protective over her had me giggling. If you are after a forbidden, flirty, dads best friend romance then honestly look no further, this book was so much fun and THE SPICE?!!?!! damn. It was hot, it was spicy, it was full of tension, did i mention it was hot. I loved all the characters in this book and I cannot wait for all of their books and to continue on this series. I think I’m obsessed with MC romances now.

DAMN! I am so in love with Cash after reading this incredible story. He had me all twisted up inside and aching for relief. That man had the filthiest and dirtiest mouth on him, as soon as he whispered anything, I was a total goner! He had me gripping my kindle tightly, definitely practicing my one-handed reading, and scrambling to find extra batteries for my B.O.B.!

It was definitely deliciously hot and so freaking steamy that I was sweating while reading. These two together were everything!
This story was so well written, and filled with so much spiciness that it definitely melted panties and hearts everywhere. I didn’t want it to ever end!
Also, can I just say that this cover is so freaking sexy that I couldn’t stop looking at it and this man definitely starred in a few fantasies of mine!

I almost didn’t buy this book because of the cover, it’s nice to put a face to a name, I mean, Cash sure is something to look at if that’s who he is based off, I’m not going to complain about that. But did it have to be the cover?
This was a little different for me, I don’t know anything about bikers, their roles within their club or the slang they use so it took some getting used too.
I didn’t like the mfc Deanna but I really liked Cash, he gave me protective daddy vibes, I’d definitely feel safe around him that’s for sure but at the same time I would not want to be on the wrong side of him. I sure would test his buttons though, I loved the mouth on him! Uh.

Whenever I read anything from Mackenzy or Dakotah I’m sure of 2 things- 1 it’s going to be damn good and 2- I’m going to love it, devour it, and hate when I finish it!
If anyone can write a phenomenal MC it’s Mackenzy. I can’t even begin to say how amazing Cash was. I was hooked from page one- heck I was on egg shells waiting patiently for Cash and Deanna’s story after reading Hutch’s! So as soon as this baby hit my kindle I devoured it!
Cash and Deanna were truly meant for each other. They were the missing pieces in each others lives and when Cash finally gave in to his feelings, everything fell into place for them. I absolutely loved Cash and his so dirty and very sexy mouth was just panty melting.
And freaking Deanna!! That girl was a handful! But OMG I loved her. She was one tough woman and wasn’t afraid to speak her mind and go for what she wanted- and that being Cash. She made it clear to the other women he was hers! I absolutely loved how she went toe to toe with Cash, and gave as good as he did. She totally matched his dirty mouth, and was perfect for him in so many ways. I really enjoyed watching her tease him and how it drove him crazy. The chemistry between them was like electricity! And the steamy scenes were so damn spicy!
This book was beyond really good, I can’t even say. It had alot of action, some OW drama (which I always enjoy in Mackenzy’s books), and a lot spice! I even had a little tears at the end when Hutch walked Deanna down the aisle. I loved seeing his love for his little girl.
I can already tell this series is going to be a wild ride and I’m ready it! Things are just heating up between NOLA Rebels and the Devils! I can’t wait for the next book.

Mackenzy is a new to me author, and when this signup happened with the tropes listed I was SOLD! Now since this is a spin-off there is some crossover to the original series. But since I haven’t read that series (it’s 11 books 🤯) I didn’t feel lost at all

As readers we get the buildup from the beginning. The teases and little touches 😮💨 and don’t even get me started on that truck scene. I do love that these two had their separate interests, because if they didn’t this book wouldn’t have been enjoyable. This book has filthy smut scenes which truly go hand in hand 😏 with a MC book. I do see myself reading her other series. But I’m so excited for book 2

I’m totally a sucker for a good motorcycle romance, probably from my lifelong love of SOA, so if I see a romance that’s both motorcycled themed and an age gap, I’m sold. Especially if that age gap is 22 years, like yes please?
Cash revolves around Cash, the president of a motorcycle club and Deanne, his best friend’s daughter Deanne, who comes to live with him when she’s being stalked by a creepy guy. It takes place in New Orleans and let me tell you that I kinda felt in love with this location while reading it, because it just fit so perfectly into the story.

This book had so much potential as a 4.5 to 5 star read. It seriously had all the tropes I look for but Deanna annoyed the hell out of me! She acted like an 18-year-old rather than a 26-year-old woman. I actually really liked Cash's character. I loved him as an MMC, he had the dirty, kinky older man vibes going on in the best way. I could not get behind the FMC therefore, I could not fall in love with their love story.
There was a certain plot point that was interesting and it went absolutely nowhere, which was disappointing. The ending felt a little too rushed and wrapped up a little too nicely even though it does set up for the next book.

This book had so much potential as a 4.5 to 5 star read. It seriously had all the tropes I look for but Deanna annoyed the hell out of me! She acted like an 18-year-old rather than a 26-year-old woman. I actually really liked Cash's character. I loved him as an MMC, he had the dirty, kinky older man vibes going on in the best way. I could not get behind the FMC therefore, I could not fall in love with their love story.
There was a certain plot point that was interesting and it went absolutely nowhere, which was disappointing. The ending felt a little too rushed and wrapped up a little too nicely even though it does set up for the next book.
I will read the next book because I am intrigued by Jett and Summer. Hopefully their story hits better.

HOLYFRIGGINAMAZEBALLS! I devoured Cash & Deanna's story and they completely stole my heart. The intensity, attraction, loyality is beautiful. Deanna and Cash's relationship has grown and developed with us as the reader.
Cash's loyalty to Hutch it really tested and i love seeing Deanna's sass break him down!! Their spark and attraction leaves your fluttering and damn their chemistry is HOT HOT HOT. 🔥
My heart was in my mouth at certain points of the book and damn, i wasn't sure my heart would cope but the drama and intensity was the perfect balance.
Let's appreciate the ending. It was utterly perfect!! ❤️

The first book in the New Orleans series and I’ve been waiting for this book forever..
Cash from the very beginning has been that sexy older man with hat makes you swoon. Taking the girls with him to his clubhouse to watch over is giving him grey hairs.
Hurricane Deanna has arrived.
Deanna has had a thing for Cash for two years now she’s finally got her chance and oh boy watch out.
How am I going to get through this dinner with him looking like that and smelling that good without climbing him like a tree?
Lots of yes , no and maybe so lead up to there explode coming together. She’s a spitfire and he is a silver fox!! This was an outstanding start to this new series and I can’t wait for the next book.

This was my first Mackenzy Fox read and it hooked me immediately. Deanna was a fun, sassy FMC who knows what she wants. Cash is a dirty talking MC president who loves control and is doing everything he can to resist his best friend’s daughter. It was fun to watch their relationship develop and the spice was on point.
I didn’t love all the girl vs girl drama and I did feel like some key plot points were wrapped up too quickly at the end.
Mackenzy nailed the age gap, forbidden romance tropes and I’m looking forward to continuing the series!

4.3 stars.
This was pretty good.
The smut was hot and plentiful.
The relationship was alright.
Really my main gripe here is that there was sooo much repetition. It felt like each of the characters repeated the same thing in subtly different ways 20 times, every page. It made the book feel so much longer than it really was. And honestly, with another round of editing I feel like a couple chapters worth of pages could’ve been shaved down just getting rid of a lot of that.
🤷🏻♀️ I still liked it.
Don’t think I’ll be looking into reading more though.

Cash and Deanna’s story was full of banter and tension. They had instant chemistry. Deanna was sent to stay with Cash to help him redesign the club house and because she needed to get away for a bit due to other reasons. Deanna pushed all of Cash’s buttons right from the beginning. The push and pull of it all, made it unable to put down. I’m really excited to see where this series goes! This was a new author to me but I’m definitely going back to read the other series now.

I love the direction the author is taking us with this new club in NOLA. It’s a bit of a rougher club, and I’m here for it. We’ve seen a lot of Deanna, and we know about her flirtation and infatuation with Cash. Cash is an older man (20 years older than Deanna) and is one of her father’s closest friends. Deanna needs to get away and be in a safe location because she has a stalker, and she goes to Cash and his club to help renovate their club house and for protection. I loved the spice in this book, the author did a great job with the light Daddy/Dom vibe and praise k!nk. Cash definitely falls first. I did have some slight issues with Deanna. She comes off fairly spoiled and selfish in some scenes, and does not act her age. Secondly, I wanted a bit more with the stalker plot line. Overall it’s A great start to this new spinoff series!!

I do love an age gap no matter the genre. I’ve learned that those MC romances hit a certain spot, not many do. Those motorcycle men are all just big teddy bears deep down. Cash and Deanna have the sweetest story. Their love was a little fast and hard which is not always my cup of tea but I enjoyed this story!

Cash and Deanna had insane chemistry! The push and pull of her wanting him and him denying his attraction was balanced nicely, but when they finally gave in, it was fire. Love the found family of the MC, and can't wait to read the rest!
