Suzu

Born under tragic circumstances, a boy named Suzu grows up to become a member of an elite sect of the religious group known as Sanboto. After losing his surrogate father on a mission against the rival Hajima religion, Suzu finds himself embarking on a quest to find an artifact that could tip the balance to the Sanboto's favor for good. Against his better judgement, he is accompanied by an unholy group of outlaws. When Suzu is eventually left traveling alone with a darkly mysterious woman named Conia, things begin to change. In spite of rigid teachings, Suzu is drawn to the blasphemous woman and bonds with her. During this time Suzu tries to stop himself from falling in love but it seems inevitable. He starts to question himself, endangering all that he has sworn his life to complete. Suzu will soon have to choose whether to uphold the law of his religion or follow the yearning of his heart.
