The story is fine, the problem is with the writing. It seems like the author does not speak English as a first language and she needs someone to read through her book and fix what must be translation issues.
the story was very good and fun. I enjoyed it. but the writing could have been better. there where some mistakes in the book. I think someone should go through the book and edit out the mitakes. but I really loved this story. and I didn't expect the twist at the end.
“It’s called boyfriend jeans, dick.” “I heard that, Naomi.” “And it’s big.” Killian smirks and winks at me “What?”
“She said don’t fucking touch her. What part of that don’t you understand?”
“You don’t know what you do to me when you act like that, princess.”
The story riddled with typos, syntax errors, and I don't know if the author's first language isn't English, the book was poorly translated from another language or written by A.I. but lord it was nearly impossible to get through. Timeline errors and drawn our plot with weird twists. Some parts it read like those pay per chapter never ending stories that end up making no sense and otjer parts were perfectly fine. Waste of time
Too long, the twist was ehh. . The only reason why I read this is cause I kept seeing videos for a Short Drama movie and it was loosely based off this. I was glad when it was over
This book was poorly translated or written by someone without a complete grasp of the language. It has 5 to 10 tense, preposition, or idiomatic errors per page. I had a fun time editing each page as I read. There is also some missing cultural or logistical knowledge which any editor should've been able to point out. It's a 20hr flight from NYC to the Daintree, minimum, one-way. Plus, there would be a customs stop. For a 1.5 day trip? Crazy.
This was a 3.5. It was good. Had a fun twist, the typical fun things. I will say there’s some triggers, ab0rtion and child death. The book also via kindle appears to have been translated to English. It’s a little rocky, but decent nonetheless. I did enjoy it even if I had to reread sentences a couple times to understand the sentence.
Over all I liked the book and you won’t be disappointed reading it. Reason I gave it a 3 should be 3.75 star is it Still needs lots of editing and for me to notice it’s huge because I’m horrible at grammar.
This easily could’ve been a 300 page book; you can clearly tell English is not the authors first language and there were a lot of parts where it got repetitive.
There was an amazing plot twist in the end but the end also felt kinda rushed.
The beginning got a bit repetitive at times. Good story and plot but I think the book could have been a little shorter and condensed. I did not guess the twist and enjoyed trying to figure out who it was.
I liked that there is a back story going on that reveals it self towards the end of the story. I didn’t like the use of contractions, some were not appropriate. This is a hot book! If you want to set your Kindle on fire GET THIS BOOK!!
Interesting storyline. Can be confusing and doesn't flow well. The writing itself is poorly written. Whoever did the proofreading and editing needs to be fired.
Wowsers this book is longer than necessary, very repetitive. I almost couldn’t finish it but I stuck it out. So many grammar errors, it was frustrating. Bit of a let down i suppose!
Absolutely loved this story. I didn't see that twist coming I was sure Celine was behind everything and at one point within the story I thought Raymond may have been helping her, but when Bianca slipped up, and Naomi realized the last name I knew Bianca had something to do with it but her reasoning was all messed up, she needed help. I guess that's why they say never underestimate the powers of a scorned woman.
Naomi is a hard-working graduate who is just wanting a break. She wants a job she went to school for and a man who isn't a ass. Instead, she is working at a bar as a waitress and dealing with an ex who can't give up.
Killian is a billionaire who is focused on one thing his business. He is known as a play boy and happy with the way things are. Until he meets Naomi and she does not care for him or his money. But that's what interests him about her. But can he break down her walls?
If your new to the spicy world this book is good to start with, while the story is captivating for most of the book the last few chapters couldn’t hold my attention all that well and i soon lost interest however I’m one of those people that has to finish a book once I’ve started it this in my opinion is vey tame in the spicy world
I Am going to start with i had high expectations of this book i had lots of people say it was really good and while the story line is good it is lacking alot of other things also i dont think it needed to be as long as it was like litterally by chapter 25 ish they was alredy in love 🙄 spice i would say 🌶️🌶️over all a little disapointed.
Ok so while this book was really long it was good . I did not see that ending coming at all . Killan is not a likable character at first but man does he grow on you. I loved how strong Naomi is though. This was a pretty good read.
The book is good... the Author needs someone to proof read and fix the grammar. I don't think the authors first language is English and it shows. Also the author kept repeating herself over and over again. It just got boring to read after a while.
