When a wicked enemy rises, one man assembles a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. This is the epic adventure of the greatest Super Heroes of all time.
First read in July 2018 What can I say, I have had such fun reading this book. It was short, sweet and straight to the point and I love that it reflex’s on each avengers background.
Apart from the quotes my favourite parts of the book was the descriptive summary of the nine realms.
Second read in August 2018 Edit: once you’ve watched infinity war it all starts to make sense, I relate to Phil because Captain America is my hero as well. I love Bruce Banner and now I understand a lot more about him after reading this a second time.
Third time read 12th September 2018 Honestly this is my go to book, I just love it so much.💜
Forth read (last review) I will read it a lot more just without the reviews. Giving how endgame was and how it ended I really needed to read this again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Well written. It's not only about The Avengers (the movie) but it also tells us stories of the particular characters. It definitely helps understand the film, especially if you havent seen adventures of one (or more) characters in The Avengers. I enjoyed reading it. Only one thing bothers me. The edning is not acurate with the edning of the film. I mean it ends like in the middle of the film (it is written like it was the end, though, with all message - i dont know how to call it diferently- at the end and all). So if you havent seen the film, this book wont spoil you the ending, since it's missing. side note: the drawings in the book are worth noticing. It also includes pictures from the film. please pay attention 10th one (from the beggining) if you're Loki'd. you're welcome :)
The Avengers: The Book of the Film is not really the book of the film. Really, it is based on the movies before The Avengers; Iron man 1 and 2, Captain America and Thor and how the members of the Avengers came to be 'Earth Mightiest Heroes.'
The book shows only one the first arc of the plot in the film so if you read this before seeing the film, there are still a lot of surprises in store for you when watching the movie.
An interesting little book that would be good for someone who wants to know what happened in the other films, without actually watching them, before seeing the film, The Avengers.
Less the book of the film and more the book of the prequels. A useful background, but portly written and not really worth bothering with, especially if you've seen all the films.
