In honor of the 2020 COVID Pandemic and Civil Rights Movement, Cloud Orchid Publishing is proud to present the Synesthesia – Pandemic poetry collection. This collection features poems written by Little Alice and Bryan Thompson, specifically covering the themes of fear, unrest, and disease of this turbulent year. Bryan currently lives in Dubai, whereas Alice currently lives in Chicago. Their locations offer unique perspectives on the destruction, failures, and even triumphs of the year. They explore the tempest of 2020 and their personal feelings through poetry. Alice Liddell aka Little Alice graduated from Columbia College of Chicago with a degree in Fiction Writing. During her college days, she began working as a freelance model eventually making it her full-time profession after graduating. She toured nationally, met scores of creative people, and had many adventures. After retiring from modeling, and experiencing a divorce, Alice felt the drain of her creativity. But after finding a loving and supporting community she began exploring her writing talent and art again. Alice is now a regular in the local Chicago writing communities and is dedicated to enhancing her craft.
