Given to me by my company, this is one of those books that is trying to get people to understand and change their understanding of their customers. All I can say is; if manager doesn't understand their customer and what their employee should do... then he or she needs to read this!!! It may be too late if that's the case.

Not as good as Albrecht's first book, but a classic for business leaders of all levels.
