Made it to pg 54 before calling it quits. Didn't realize it was a romance novel when I got it. D noticed it before I did lol. And all of the bad hiking writing put me over the edge.

This book was a real page turner and a quick read for me. It's an amazing romantic adventure set in the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina. The description of wildlife and sights makes the reader feel like they are hiking along with the main characters. Maggie Bishop does a wonderful job at developing the characters throughout the novel. She introduces readers to a feisty uptight heroine and a sweet caring Appalachian man. Appalachian Paradise is a humorous and romantic story that leaves the reader begging for more.
