The concept is brilliant, the writing is not. Far too long a novel and I just got plain bored.

I absolutely LOVED this book! It has inspired me to do further research on Christ's life and events. Well worth the read and I'm sure I'll be reading this again soon.

Reminded me of Work and Glory - a fictional character set in the life of Christ. Took me a while to get into this book.
