Usual stuff. Does give a daily, very specific, plan.

But fairly patronising and obvious from the start. Recipes a bit old hat now. Smoothie with lots of fruit and orange juice. Bit of a sugar overload.

Probably for people who have less than 10-15 pounds to lose.
