Mostly about making shrines in your home dedicated to the particular animal you want to draw powers from.
Also spells relating to the animals energy and strengths as in

: An owl being wise (wisdom spell)
: A fox (Cunning plan spell)
: A cat (increase your independence)

I particularly liked the chapter on Familiar Fantasy, having Unicorns, Giants, Centaurs and Dragon's etc to call upon, makes a change from the standard familiar animals.

The theme of this book is one of my favourites. Having read many books on this theme, I found it very compatible in relations to the other ideas of many other books around.
The author puts things simply, so everyone can understand what she is talking about.
A good read for anyone interested in power animals, totems and familiars.
