Gorgeous book, best in it's class as far as I'm concerned.

It should NOT be used unless you are already familiar with most of the poses. A teacher is irreplaceable. But after only a month with an instructor, this book was perfectly clear for me.

Reading this was a pleasure, but when it came to actually executing the countless poses, it was a mixture of laughs, frustration and joy!

I never thought of doing yoga, but since I began reading this guidebook and started to do the sun salutations, I never looked back!

I still refer to the poses in the book that are quite tough and I also scroll through instagram to get some hints and tips on how to improve a pose.

Nevertheless, I thought the book was written eloquently and was incredibly motivational throughout!

Highly recommendable!
