This is a lovely book, with great photos and intriguing recipes. I borrowed it from the library after being given a giant pumpkin and deciding to try some new pumpkin recipes - made the lamb, lentil and pumpkin stew which was very time-consuming to prepare, but had some great flavours of cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. I'd also love to try making the lamb and cherry rice dish with a cinnamon crust.
