This is a cute book. Great for new to yoga types. It shows you how easy it is to do yoga in your every day life. No need to go to a yoga class.

As a part-time yoga teacher, I appreciated the sun salutations being done in a chair. Teaching chair yoga is not my favorite style, and I'm always looking for ideas.

Cute and colorful graphics. Easy to understand. Benefits of each pose are stated. Sanskrit names are given.
