Fun read and good reminders in here. A little "corny and nerdy" but I was a fan of that. I liked the comparisons of golf to other activities in life such as dancing, public speaking, skiing, etc. There is a certain rhythm and flow required to produce successful results. If the mind is rigidly focused on one technical aspect, performance gets sabotaged. Which is probably why I'm a little better at all of these after a couple alcoholic refreshments....

Golf is the epitome of the mind-body connection. You can have the "perfect positions" dialed in but if the mind (anger, anxiety, excitement, exhaustion) restricts you from freedom and flow, it can throw off timing leading to painful frustrations on the course. It's been a major culprit in my poor play for some time, but I strive to get better and better at it which is why I will always be addicted to this crazy game because there is always room to get better in each area of G.

this book really helped me with my golf game and visualization. i really liked not only the simplicity of the book but also the story. I really love how much the characters have evolved by the end of the book. If you are not a golfer, don't read this lol.

My favorite book on the mental side of golf. Loved it. It helped me break through to the next level of my game. I will forever be thankful to Drew Kirkauldy for recommending it to me. He was an excellent golf instructor and a friend.

One of the best books ever about the mental side of golf. Very simple but it sticks with me.
