i always appreciate wade's references : Paul Prudhomme (July 13, 1940 – October 8, 2015), also known as Gene Autry Prudhomme, was an American celebrity chef whose specialties were Creole and Cajun cuisines, which he was also credited with popularizing.
"maybe it was having just fought everyone ever, but it felt like we walked the lenght of a proclaimers song. (ask your parents.)" I LOVE HIM, 500 miles reference
"hosted us a dead man's afterparty. a hundred years of the city's best musicians playing a second second line. for themselves. [...] gambit really delivered. i think i can finally trust him." when he says he knows a place and he takes you to listen to ghosts play jazz
