This seemed like a functional book. The only question is the specific teacher, the specific program, the specific state, and the specific agency you are at--there will be fine tuning and policy and whatnot. I'm sure it would be too complicated to raise issues where things go different in different places.
I like raising ethical questions. Like at my agency, you can't perform CPR, it's against policy. Or if someone falls, you can't pick them up, you only call 911, even if they get up and say they are OK.
