George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire saga continues in the official comic book adaptation by Dynamite Entertainment! Following the events of A Game of Thrones, Westeros is embroiled in civil war, while Daenerys Targaryen -- as heir to the Targaryen dynasty, seeks to reclaim the Iron Throne. Arya, with the help of Yoren, a brother of the Night’s Watch, has escaped from King’s Landing, but the road to the Wall brings its own dangers. Meanwhile, Sansa attends a tournament on the sadistic King Joffrey’s name-day, and Bran, in Winterfell, suffers from strange dreams of wolves...

The first issue starts at the same scene of the prologue of aCoK and introducing us to the ONE TRUE KING OF WESTEROS. I'm glad that the source material their using here is actually from the book rather than the HBO adaptation. Atleast that way, this wont end up to this.
Because we all know our LORD AND SAVIOR will never gonna do to such thing.
I just can't rave about this series enough. I've read, re-read and read again all the books in the series and this time decided to try the audio books.
A CLASH OF KINGS #1 Feels good to be back in the world of Ice and Fire. This comic series using the source material as its point of reference, thankfully! “Your god can keep his grace. It’s swords I need, not blessings.” – Stannis
Ze začátku mi trvalo zvyknout si na styl malby, ale postupně mě to začalo bavit víc a víc a těším se na druhou knihu. I když příběh znám, nemám problém po knížce a seriálu si jej zopakovat formou komiksu.
This is a nice addition to the beginning of the A Clash of Kings novel, a sort of visual accompaniment of sorts, and I do enjoy the art, but gods is Stannis a huge bummer in every rendition.
