Jacques Ladouceur was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti he immigrated to the U.S. with his family on December of 1969 in New York City.
He went through the New York City school system and attended Fulton Montgomery Community College and Howard University.
He was a professional soccer player for eleven years he was a member of six championship teams before retiring to coaching and the business world. Where he has started various companies being an entrepreneur at heart he consulted executive and mangers; he is currently a business coach with Buffini and company and resides in Murrieta, CA with his wife Marie-Claire of twenty-one years and his seventeen-year-old daughter Tania.
