Rabbi Bookman has written a spiritual workout book. Anyone from any faith hungry for spiritual growth will find his writing useful. Like any great teacher, Bookman asks a lot of questions and expects you to struggle and work them out.
Keep it near the daily reads for when life seems overwhelming.
