Kuno Knoebl (born Konrad Knöbl-Kastellitz) was an Austrian journalist who, among other things, reported the Second Indochina War as a combat correspondent from both sides during the mid-1960s. The term "Second Indochina War" was actually coined by the legendary Bernard B. Fall in his introduction to Herr Knoebl's book on that conflict, 'Victor Charlie: The Face of War in Vietnam'.
