If you've ever seen something strange in the sky or have an interest in the UFO phenomena or unexplained strange experiences - Stories From Somewhere in the Skies is a must read.
The book is broken up into three parts - sightings, close encounters, and military experiences. The book is a compilation of the unexplained experiences from people of different walks of life all across the globe. The stories come from the Somewhere in the Skies Podcast which delves even deeper into the subject matter.
It is a fascinating look at the commonalities and the vast differences in each person's experience. From what they saw in the sky, different formations of lights, different ship sizes and shapes, weird clouds surrounding them, whether there was sound or no sound, and so much more.
I love books on this subject matter. I thought the layout of the book was great, how the experiencer accounts were grouped flowed well, and the storytelling aspect was very well composed. The last military account in the book is intense and really wild. If you want to read a fantastic book about the UFO phenomena, be sure to pick this one up and check out the podcast! https://somewhereintheskies.com/
This was a phenomenal read on what is a remarkable topic.
The author is the host of an award-winning podcast that has become a place for people, from all walks of life, to tell their personal UFO stories. This book is a collection of some of the most intriguing, interesting and shocking encounters.
The book is broken up into a series of chapters covering sightings, close encounters and military incidents. Every story is different, compelling and well described.
The author doesn't make assumptions about what each encounter represents, and so this book isn't trying to persuade anyone or anything.
Personal, I was especially moved by the report from Mario Woods, a 67 year old former Nuclear site security officer. The encounter they described was both chilling and life altering for them.
If you have any interest in the UFO or UAP topic, then I'd highly recommend this book for an incredible collection of witness reports.
One of the best compilations of eye witness accounts I’ve ever read. So many books on the subject are riddled with typos and references to some questionable blog or website. I liked how this book was organized and hope to find more titles like this one! I will definitely check out Sprague’s podcast!
