When I was three, my mom brought home a new book and when she went to read it to me, I read it to her instead. That was when she realized I'd learned to read. Since then I couldn't even estimate the number of books I've read. It's a lot!

Another case solved in the Everly Mysteries! This one was definitely different in the sense of the crime being committed in the 80's and Everly getting her abilities back but more expanded.

I loved seeing how much her abilities have expanded and changed since the last book. She was able to really use her abilities to the max and really help those she was able to come in contact with. Even those who did things that weren't the greatest acts when they were alive received a comeuppance. By their own hand, never the less.

I loved seeing all of the prep for Everly and Drew's upcoming wedding!! But I am so much more intrigued to see what Drew has had up his sleeve all this time! I know that there is so much more we don't know. I can't wait to see more about Drew!!!

Unwelcome Ghost is at least as good as the earlier books in the series. I especially enjoyed the wedding preparations. Naturally, one scene was especially poignant, but the whole book at tons of highlight moments. My favorite part of most books is the interaction among the characters, especially friends, and Regina Wells is amazing at that.

A Mystery of a Party Long Ago

Everly Dupree is invited by her friend Patrea to check out the mansion that Patrea just bought and to see if there might be any spirits there also, when they make a startling discovery it is up to them and their friends to find out who had hidden a body in the house and when it was hidden. Join the gang as they form a list of possible suspects and try to find the guilty party. The gang is all here for this paranormal mystery and you should be too if you have followed this series along the way, so come along and discover who did what, when in this tale of murder, you know you really must.

Interesting twist there .. 🤔

Hmm .. like or dislike? That's a silly question! I happen to LIKE all their works immensely. These ladies are always worth the effort to get into any of their stories. The title is probably the extent of anything close to any kind of spoiler.
If you haven't read any of this series, you really should. These books have kept me up all night more than once 😉. And I wouldn't have it any other way. They are so worth the time!

Regina Welling, Erin Lynn. Are the Authors. They write well together . this series has been a wonderful read. They write wonderful storylines and great characters in every book. Another book in Everley's story. Patrea is a friend and an attorney. Patrea is buying an old home and plans to fix it up. It may be haunted.

Then there's a ghost and a human skull, a dark presence and a ghost who wants to find out who killed her.

Then you have a storm, a group of social ghosts, a nasty ghost and shopping for a wedding dress.

I love the description of the house and the idea that she is planning to restore the house to it's former glory.

Excellent author.

Tremendous journey. What a story. Compelling from beginning to the end. Could not put it down. This book has turned me on to a new author for me.

Sorry Everly, and these spectres gave her a clever mystery right from the start with a wonderful ending and a storm based on fairly recent history if I'm not mistaken 😄. Can't wait for the next story. We need to know what the groom was lying about...

Good read

I really enjoyed this series. I did find this book to have a lot of characters. As a result, it was difficult to keep up with all of the names. Had I read the book instead of listen to it, it would’ve been easier. The story was good.

Deep Feelings

When the remains of a young woman are found, Everly and her friends try to solve the mystery of her death. The clues are baffling and some trails have become dangerous. This emotionally charged story reminds me that love never dies.
