An enjoyable read
Gabriella (Gabby) is the only girl in her family, with 4 brothers. They DOTE on her, but she absolutely loves them in return. Actually, as far as sibling relationships go, this one was so sweet. Her parents force Gabby into an arranged marriage to the alpha of a neighboring pack that is bigger, and richer, than theirs.
Her soon to be mate, Adrian, isn't any more accepting of this arrangement either. He assumes that because her family has money, and she's the only girl, she MUST be a spoiled princess. Nothing could be further from the truth. Her parents are actually garbage human beings and commit atrocious physical abuse to make her into their perfect puppet. Yes, there is a jealous mean girl. And let me tell you, she leaves no stone unturn, and there's nothing she won't do to get Adrian back. Not that she had him in the first place, but the delusion is real. There's also a psychopath older brother (Adrian's) who is a bad "mofo."
There's definitely trigger warnings due to physical and sexual assault. This author did not shy away from the darker themes in this story, the hero does not conveniently arrive just in the nick of time. There were some plot twists that I saw coming and a few that I was not prepared for. I would say that character development was pretty good. There was a pretty big cast of characters, and we were able to "get" at their temperaments and motivations. I hope we get to read Gabby's brother's stories because I think they would be pretty good as well.

Gabrielle is the youngest and only daughter in the family. She loves her three brothers dearly. Then she learns that she's been literally sold off to another pack alpha to be his wife just so her parents can have the prestige.
They meet for the first time at the wedding. Her brothers are totally upset. Then she discovers his girlfriend and her friends. Her life there is just as bad as it was at her parent's place. Her husband's girlfriend, Sam, makes it very difficult to settle. Her
husband's mother takes her under her care and tries to make her feel comfortable. She takes to her painting thanks to her mother in law. Then she meets Cassy, who becomes her best friend. But then Cole and Sam tell Gabrielle of the bet. She calls her brothers to them she will take their way and disappear. Now Aiden is starting to learn how bad of an alpha and husband he's been. He learns of the treachery of his friends and his mother becomes incensed.
Will he find his wife or lose now that he has learned she's is fated mate?
A story of a female who is stronger than most people would be in what she lived through.

Not sure why this book had so many high reviews. I'm not hard to please. If you look at the rest of my reviews, I rarely give anything below a 3 star. The spelling and grammar aside, this book was filed with r@pe scenes or discussions of r@pe.
One said scene was a g@ng r@pe that was graphically described. But all that is OK because it saved her mate's life because her blood being spilled on him (during her first time) would have poisoned him??
Then a previous r@pist finally gets put in jail only to be let out with the chance of "redemption" and to get his own pack as an alpha if he saves the life of the girl he r@ped.
I DNFd this at that point. Since I read so much of it, I couldn't get a refund. Using r@pe as a plot point

I enjoyed alpha’s betted bride which was Aiden and Gabrielle’s story. This was a new author, for me. So wasn’t sure what to expect. It was an entertaining read. I got a copy of the book and voluntarily leaving my review.

Book is good
Story is good. Gabby is lovely but has trust issues. Aiden is a bastard at the beginning (common in most books these days) but is decent towards the end.
Easy to read. Finished book in a day.

Was reading this on Everand and was already on second book but it just disappeared from the app. So guess I won't know how it ends, but it was pretty interesting so far. Especially with all the twists and secrets coming to light.

Drags a bit but a tad different from other were books. So happy I read it. Has a few spelling and grammar mistakes but honestly didn’t really mind because it was a good wee story.

Book was good. Lots of twists and turns. It’s not the best book I have ever read. But it was still a good book. I loved the theme of the power of family etc.
