Lee Garner returns from China only to be arrested alongside Sam, and it becomes apparent that Arcadian officials are using strong-arm tactics to try and force Lee Garner to contact Lee Pepper. Meanwhile, in the Homesteader camp, Coral is warned not to get too close to Jaime by one of Jaime’s own.
