Another great read from Andy. Not 'quite' as good as the first as frankly his first book's journey was amazing and this is a continuation.

Good book for those thinking about Ironman with a family/job/life and more realistic vs professional accounts.

I didn't like this quite as much as his first book, but it is still a good read. And there's a lot of British English, so be ready to use the dictionary!
