A basic book on relaxation that uses the colors of the rainbow to relax different parts of the body. It has cartoonish illustrations and includes a cute turtle to engage kids. Our girls thought the book was okay. Probably best to read this book to children at bedtime/naptime.
I thought that this story was lovely as a simple relaxation. However, my children found the pictures a little funny, which kept them from getting as calm as one would like during a relaxation story. Simple and sweet and short enough that it could keep the attention of quite a young child.
