This book tells us about faith. About how we live bay faith and not by sight. It contain of faith stories of Pastor Yonggi Cho from Korea who's already proven that our God is awesome if we have faith on Him.
I make many note based on this book. I change my prayer and I change my perspective about faith. This book content is very practical and makes me realize that in the past I have wrong view of faith all this time. But now I will live by it and I believe God will give the best.
Overall, I am blessed with this book. Also I am getting excited and challenged to improve my faith in everyday I live.
Read this book in two sittings. Great read. Here you have tips for life! For the real day to day life, a must read for all believers and non believers it might change your mind. Thank you Pastor Cho!
I haven't actually read this entire book, but it is very unique and might actually change your life,
Read it with your family or a group, that way you can discuss it.
It's not so much the writing that gets me, it's the miracles. The fact that the book was ever written is one of them. I won't give this away because it is so worth reading.
The FOURTH dimension is a philosophical view of humans, God, and prayer, and the book will definitely be convincing and maybe make you cry.
No, it isn't a story. It isn't a how-to. Not a non-fiction or whatever. It's just about the fourth dimension that is so difficult to see. But so close to us.
It answered to most of my queries for which I had been praying. This book gives 'the fourth dimensional insights' to our life and all our daily living activities. Most of all, it has focused on 'Faith' and it stunned me how his life was affected by faith and how his faith on God changed his life. His journey from nowhere but, a sick young boy to the pastor of the world's largest church is remarkable and motivating to all believers. It was worth reading and blessed to encounter his journey through his testimony.
For a little background story, he pastored the largest congregation in the world until 2008 when he retired.
This book is a sneak peak into how he was able to do that. It's a beautiful read interwoven on faith. Faith gotten through the written word, faith gotten through the spoken word and bold actions of Faith inspired by the Holy Spirit.
David Cho explains that Man operates in 3 dimensions; body, spirit and soul but highlights a fourth dimension which is a plane where the supernatural occurs and can be seen within the 3 dimensions. Through the word, we learn the language of the Holyspirit.
The fourth dimension is definitely one of those books you would want to revisit and digest all over again.
Actually I read an updated version of this Book called, Fourth dimensional living in a 3 dimensional world.
Author challenges to change our Faith, Thinking, Dreams, Words to fourth dimensional realm through prayer, fasting, meditation to experience power of God to manifest in our 3 dimensional world.
Author gives you practical ways to follow the principles. He also shares how he overcame obstacles in his 3rd dimensional world by changing his faith, dreams, words, thinking (which belongs to Fourth dimensional world)
SUPER SUPER SUPER GOOD BOOK We need to declare faith over every aspect of our lives! Our family, our marriage, our walk with God, our circumstances, our career, relationships with others, friendships health EVERYTHING
This book literally changed my life. Things made more sense to me and I was able to put it into action. Praise God and blessings to Pastor Cho for writing it.
To be honest, this would not be a book I would naturally pick up; I’m more of a Rohr, Wright, & Enns kind of guy. Yet, in the same way that Franciscans hold a minority viewpoint in the larger sphere of Christendom, so too the charismatics.
There were some good reminders about the activity of God that resonated with my upbringing, a few caveats and flags that reminded me the book was written in the 1970s and, at the same time, some concepts I use today in my counselling practice. A real mixed bag.
I am often too much in my head, so this was a good refresher to remember that God is bigger than my logical brain, and that’s sometimes what you have to cling to!
There’s some truth to his teaching but the theology is off. God isn’t “dependent” on us for anything and that’s a phrase he kept going back to. He states that the Holy Spirit needs us to take action for anything to happen - which is not true. God doesn’t “need us,” however, He may call us to do certain things. This doesn’t mean that the Holy Spirit cannot bring about his purpose without us. He can. I wanted to finish this one because it does have some spiritual truth surrounding the power of our speech, but the base is not Biblical.

Great book learned/took notes a lot about faith and different mentality to have to achieve our purpose and reach our full potential in Christ. Definitely gives you lots of examples on the types of faith, family, objectives, circumstances, relationships, and so forth one should surround oneself with and one shouldn't. How to activate one's faith and how to trust the process to the final vision.
I enjoyed how this book opened my mind to new possibilities. I felt encouraged to have a renewal of the mind. I believe this book equipped me with the tools to effectively use my mind in this faith journey. I struggled to follow through, however the stories told in this book helped me to come back and finish it.
I discovered this book via Dr. Bill Winston's teaching on living in 4D in a 3D world. If I could summarize this book in a sentence, it's simply this: living by faith, and confessing the Word is how prayers are answered. As the late Dr. Price said: faith is acting on what you believe.
Great book about the spiritual realm and its power. With pratical advice on how to pray. Even explains why some „spiritual“ phenomenons like Zen seem to work for some people.
Al principio suena a demasiado, puede chocar con conceptos que ya se tienen, pero conforme avanza el libro también maduran las ideas iniciales hasta tener demasiado sentido en la vida.
Recomendado.
