In this rhyming early reader, best friends Bitsy Bee and Busy Bug travel to the beach together. While there they observe the wildlife, build a sand castle, and swim.

This is a fairly forgettable and extremely quick read. It could be a fun addition to a leveled library collection, but is by no means a necessary one.

This short story was perfect for my small children. It was cute, with easy to read words, and most importantly it made since for the most point. Overall I was please with the writing and illustrations, and wouldn't mind reading more children's books like this to my kids.
