In Denver in July 1970, teen Micky prays to lose her "ungood" memories and runs from her older and difficult husband Wally. Since she never told him about Daddy's mountain cabin, the cabin is her destination. Daddy's been missing for eight years, and she's not seen Mama since she ran two years ago. Now she's a solotramp, completely on her own. She writes in a spiral notebook her secrets she's never told anyone.
