This is the best microwave cookbook ever. I use it frequently to check times for steaming fresh vegetables. Harris provides recipes for all the usual cookbook recipe types (appetizer, main dish, desserts, etc.) and a chapter on other microwave tricks, such as de-crystallizing honey or softening stale rolls. I've given away countless cookbooks but this one is a keeper.
