I don't know how much it helped with my final, but I can pretty much credit my almost perfect midterm score (and my highest grade of all my classes) on reading this in the week leading up to the midterm. This is a very good Contract Law book. Covers history, Uniform Commercial Code and case Law. Reading is sometimes dry and boring but covers subject matter well. Sometimes interesting real cases.
