not quite as straightforward and simple as the title suggests, but then, what is? He offers recipes that definately take longer than 12 seconds. THe set-up/explanation for the exercises probably take longer to read and practice than they do to actually do, once you get the hang of it. He offers good photos of each exercise pose for referral. Worth a shot.

I can't rate it - I didn't use it. Maybe when I have a home gym someday ... the ultra slow moves looked a bit too embarrassing to use in public at the gym.
