This edition was a freebie I received in the run of a magazine subscription (SFX) and I felt it was about time I read it - yes I really have had it sitting on my shelves that long.
So you have the top winners from the competition in their entirety - with honourable mentions from the runners up. Its a fun little showcase of the up and coming talent out there.
I think books like this are great as it allows new comers to show off what they can write and hopefully encourage them to keep writing as it often said that it is a done for love rather than a stable career.
it would appear that this was part of series of competitions that ran for a number of years - I wonder if i have any more stashed away anywhere
