absolutely worth reading. wish I'd had this book when I was 25. so many important exercises and ideas about forming a more solid relationship with one's self, and why that's important.
I needed this. I need this. I could have used these questions in my late teens, and 20s while I was trying to figure myself out. Looking 40 in the face this invitation to express love for myself and figure out what living myself means to the me here today was timely. The exercises have been exceptionally useful and I look forward to going back to them later to see what I said and how things have evolved. Thank you for writing this
This was a really beautiful reflection on practical ways to show yourself love and compassion, including exercise options for varieties of mental and physical activities for different ability levels and neurotypes.
