I think Stuart Olson is a really good author, all his work is thoroughly researched, He is able to translate difficult chinese classic works and make it accessible to western readers!

Heres to you Stuart, Thank you for your tireless dedication to the way.

In this text he explains Li Ching Yuns commentaries on the classic 8 section brocade seated series, which is quite different from what we are led to believe the 8 brocades are.

I found the book facinating and takes something I thought so simple into a new universe of depth and profoundness in my practice.

This was very interesting for better understanding the breath and the history of breath practice to stimulate and calm the body, breath and mind.
