Decent and concise background knowledge on test topics, however the practice tests only cover half of the actual question pool and I spent a good amount of time studying the general question pool on hamstudy.org after reading this book.

FWIW I believe this book has all questions from the test pool in the back in small print, but I didn't want to put my eyes through that.

I purchased the Amateur Extra (level 3) book so overall I expect it to be worthwhile.

Great educational resources to help me earn my General Class License for amateur radio. I also use their app to help with my learning style. Content was confusing for me at times; that could just mean I need to study that area more in depth by reading it again. I loved how chapters were short and to the point. I also enjoyed the end of chapter tests and extra information about the test in the back of the book. Overall great book.
