Puck de panda en Chris beleven een nieuw avontuur in dit fijne boek van de bekende illustrator Sarah Horne.

Puck is dolgelukkig. Ze woont nu bij Chris en zijn familie, én ze speelt de sterren van de hemel in haar eigen theatershow! Het publiek denkt dat Puck een mens in een pandapak is, en dat wil ze graag zo houden. Maar dan verschijnt er een nieuwsgierige journaliste bij Pucks kleedkamer. Ze heeft grootse plannen en zegt dat ze Puck wereldberoemd kan maken.

About the author

Sarah grew up in Derbyshire, mainly under a snowdrift. She spent much of her childhood scampering in the nearby fields with a few goats. Then she decided to be sensible and studied Illustration at Falmouth College of Arts, graduating in 2001. She has illustrated many different projects including an ad campaign for Kew Gardens entitled ‘Plantastic Play’. She has also worked on commissions from The Guardian and The Independent newspapers.

Sarah is now based in South East London and specialises in funny, inky illustration and words for children’s fiction and picture books. Her books have sold internationally in Mexico, Japan, Korea, Portugal, Germany, Australia and NZ.

Pudding is an escaped Giant Panda who is now a nanny. She and the dad created the sold-out show "Panda Mime" where Pudding pretends to be an artist in a show. She and the dad give an interview with Mrs. Penny P. And she claims to have a link to someone who is remaking "Mary Poppins". The whole family gets swept up in the movement to go to LA and become famous movie stars. The only problem is the son overhears something bad from Penny. The characters were fun and this story was sweet. The plot was very basic but very sweet. I loved the characterization of the panda as a nanny. She was sweet and a great nanny. I loved this story.
