Unlike the book I read on Chinese Knotting, this book highlighted the culture as brought to the U.S. by immigrants.

There is a history; but, again, the history highlights the immigrants rather than simply the Czechoslovak culture.

The recipes are interesting, but not interesting enough for me to try.

I would have liked to had more on the old world culture highlighted.
