Loved reading this book to my kids. Such a great resource for sharing history with them in a simpler way.

I liked reading about a historical time. My great aunt mailed me this book. We usually mail each other letters, but never books! She actually met Corrie a few years before she died. Me and my aunt look up to Corrie as our favorite heroine 🦸‍♀️! 😍 love it!! This book is the best book I have ever read! I usually don’t like historical books though! I will probably reread it again! I loved 🥰 it sooo much!

This is a great, short biography of an incredible woman. The testimony of Corrie ten Boom, most famously recorded in The Hiding Place, has been faithfully recreated in a much simpler style by Kaylena. If you are a mature reader (in ability and age), definitely read The Hiding Place, but if you aren't familiar with the story or, more specifically, you are younger, this is a great start! Definitely get it for your children.

This book is part of a biography series for children about heroes of the faith. It was simple to read since it was written for kids ages 8-12. The story is true and told with a mix of the omniscient third person and dialogue between the characters. It covers the time before, during, and after WW II. Kids should like it; Corrie was a true hero. It is about forgiveness.
