A very interesting little book… but it is dated in its way and Joseph’s philosophy has some obvious problematic angles so, if you do the exercises described in the latter part of the book he is NOT trauma informed so please proceed with caution.
Also, the end of the book is heavy on the ‘good vibes only’, which again is a problematic non-inclusive philosophy.
EVEN SO, the descriptions of his journey reading auras is well worth the read. I feel as though I could practice seeing auras myself. The descriptions of how he reads energy work is fascinating and it was like sitting having a long conversation with the author. It is an intimate and very interesting book, which I recommend to anyone who’s interested in energy and chakra systems.
