Jack Walker was an average college student down on his luck, after the football injury ended his career halfway through his junior year. Everything seemed to be going wrong.
Things were about to get even more complicated, because the source of his powers has will and life of its own, and it’s about to reveal itself. It has a plan, and only he and the rest of the team can stop him.
Things aren’t quite what they seem though. Mina will come clean, and Cerberus has some surprises of his own to get off his chest. There will be new allies and lovers to help him along the way, but victory will not come without a cost.
Content Not suitable for children. This is a Superhero Harem story with explicitly mature scenes between a man and a woman, sometime more than one woman, and other mature content. This first book has no harem action yet, but plenty of explicit sex, and doesn’t stint on the storyline. You have been warned.
Good concept, poor storytelling... It's a struggle to read except as an adult book.
Book two was rather short in the series, and really didn't have much to go on except for the relationship between the main character and The supporting cast. For the genre it delivers adult relationships pretty much non-stop to the point of really didn't tell any of the story. The story itself, the concepts, are good and when there was actually action in scenes to the plot line it wasn't bad reading. Unfortunately 80% of the book is about the adult relationships and if that's your thing it's cool it just makes for one dimensional reading and not really a good story novel.
plot went from decent to huh in a few pages. Author added unnecessary complexity to plot. HR already had a good villain and MC but i felt i need a degree in applied physics and quantum mechanics to under the explanation of how and why.
