Terrific Road Map Book. I finally finished it while traveling recently with all that time on airplanes with movies I had no interest in.
It's a shortish read. I full book, just short and readable.
I really liked how Ray emphasized building legs, and through the sponsees' network, not your adding your next recruits under people, so that the sponsees learn to recruit, teach, and able to do it themselves. Everyone is going to tweak it a wee bit to your having a two leg or multi leg comp plan. Still, he recommends recruiting 2 at a time and teaching them and then again to build your frontline. It's way more than that in the book. I really liked it and am using it.
