I know I’ve said this on every review of this series but I think this was my favorites book of the series!! It literally keeps getting better and better!! She needs to release the 5th book immediately otherwise I might die!!

When I first started book 3 I honestly was having a hard time getting into it, but by the end I couldn’t wait to start book 4. And that cliffhanger?! OMG!
Book 4 picks up immediately f/book 3, & the action & suspense keeps coming right to the very freaking end! There was awhile I really wanted to smack both Archer & Kat, these 2 have intense & explosive chemistry together, their feelings are beyond just s3x, yet they both have a really hard time just opening up & talking. And that pink haired Medusa- AKA Margot is worst w/the games she plays in book 4. I wished Archer would’ve kicked her a** off the island- right after Kat kicked her a**. I loved Archer, the way he fell hard & fast for Kat… it was epic. I don’t want to give too much away, but my favorite moment was when the threat of her leaving, a few drunken texts, & a broken cell phone finally sent Archer to her & they both opened up & admitted their feelings.
Book 4 sucked me right in immediately & I couldn’t put it down. And I can’t wait for Raven & Maddy’s story next! I love when I start out not crazy & unsure of a book, but by the end I’m so hooked & invested in the series that I’m dying for the next book! And books 3 & 4 definitely did that! Thank you Lexi!

This book picks up where book 3 in the series left off. I needed for Kat and Archer to get the HEA after the roller-coaster ride that has been their relationship over the duet. The cameos from my favorite characters in the previous books were wonderful, and reminded me of just how small the island is. I absolutely love this series and the teaser at the end of who the next couple is that we get to see in the next book has me excited for the next release!

So Callie could at times be immature. But Kai balanced her out and I was fairly invested in their story. Kat and Archer? A shipwreck. Archer was supposed to have a high IQ and be shrewdly intelligent. Don’t tell me one interesting and beautiful woman made him lose his brain cells and become a caveman. And Kat? She was the biggest disappointment of all. She was supposed to be strong, independent, brave and resilient. What she really was is immature, irresponsible, and nothing like she was built to be. She was reckless, silly and outright pathetic. With her background she should have been observant and making smart choices. Love doesn’t make you silly, love makes you strong. I love this author and I will ALWAYS read her stories, but there was more intrigue in Ravens chapter at the very end than any other point of this book.

Had to push through this one. I loved all the other books in this series but this one was a struggle. It annoyed me to no end, I know she’s young but her immaturity and inability to listen to what Archer was trying to communicate was painful. All the important bits happened towards the end and I’m excited for Raven’s book!

And she's baaack!! After the meh that was Chancellor, this one was a welcome return to the brilliance of the first books in the series 😍
This book may actually be my favourite one! (I did not expect it at all)

There's suspense, angst, adventure, swoon, romance, smut, friendship and all in between. Can't ask for more.

The plot is still character driven and finally Kat goes through a great development and growth. Archer is still one of my favourite characters, as is Kai, Ty and Maddie.

Lexi again shows here how amazing she is at transmitting emotions. Being of longing, strong friendship, love, happiness or sadness - you'll feel it all along with the characters.

So much happens (being plot - romance and the arc one - or character development) that I can't say much more without spoiling the book. At it's worth going blind.

in this book we are also introduced to Raven (who made very brief appearances in previous books) and I am dying of curiosity about his book! He is attracted to Maddie of whom we briefly see a slight different side.... and the cliffy in this book (epilogue is in Raven's perspective) regards this couple. I can't wait for the next book!!!

Ooh every one of these i just love! It Has the dystopia/action i love and the romance and spice i cant get enough of. Kat got on my nerves at times with just how reckless she was and with how she would just blatantly ignore archer. But i loved how close they got and how they reconciled after his attempt. The thing i absolutely LOVED and hated for the same exact reason was the ending...major spoils ahead⚠️.



Ok so i was wondering where tf did milena (tsariuk..russian name)- come in lol the whole point of kat coming in was to bring her in and it was like she completely forgotten about and its kinda implied that there'll be another book with another couple but it just drove me crazy and i kept wondering why kat and archer just kinda left milena hanging....then the epilogue hit...RAVEN! lol...him and MADDIE!!! And im all for them and he overhears her understanding kat speaking Russian...no one but him sees her understand it...im so wrapped up in the story it didnt even click! It made me so mad that i didnt make the connection till he said her name!!! Milena!! I am so ready for the next book!! I need these books on my shelf.

Book 4 in the series and the completed book of Kat & Archers’s duet. It jumps right in after that cliffhanger from book 3 and I was absolutely loving it. I loved how Archer soften and showed his true characteristics with his queen by his side. Kat frustrated me sometimes with her recklessness but it was why she had the nickname wild thing. The epilogue had me oh so excited for the next book. I kept wondering when we might see the name pop up and who it might turn out to be.

Great book!

At some point it was a little too much. I felt the story could have been shorter but that's okay. Archer and Kat are sooo cute together, I feel so bad for myself, I know I'll never have what they had.

I am telling you I KNEW from the very beginning that Maddy was the girl they were looking for. And yes I read a lot of mystery books.

Since the scene in the medical room, Already, I was fed up from Archer and Kat and ready for Raven and Maddy. The tension with them is real.

Hopefully, Raven (book 4) will be released soon!

ARE YOU FUCKIN KIDDING ME WITH THAT ENDING!!!!!!!! The 5th book isn't even out yet. I'm so pissed off. 😤
Anywho. So much happened. I love Archer. I still honestly don't like Kat. Ugh I don't know why I just dont. I love Kai and Marlow soooo much. Also I love love love Raven so I can't wait for the next book. And good ole Maddy I knew she was going to be the daughter everyone is looking for. Also when Kat cut Margos hair lmao I loved it. I dont like Margo at all. Tys sister showing up. Marlow in love. Ugh 💔 I can't believe that's how it ended and I have to wait.

This one felt drawn out, and I couldn’t stand their childishness. Denying your feelings to the point of avoiding each other for very long periods of time is just plain annoying, not interesting. Then they go super mushy. Just meh for me, but I also have never been a big fan of books that just continue with other characters taking the main spotlights and pretty much phasing the previous main characters out. Though I am slightly intrigued by Raven & Maddy and hope the next book will be better.

This is book four in the Ruthless Paradise series. This book picks up where book three left us. There is so much action and suspense. I fell deeply into this book as I have with the previous books. Lexi has created a dystopian world that you can't help but want more of. I look forward to reading and seeing what else Lexi has in store for us readers.
