Staying true to her goals of portraying strong women, her debut sports romance novel, Double Play, is both a baseball AND softball romance. It's the first in the Extra Innings series, which is now complete with four full-length novels and a prequel novella.
In 2025, AK is looking forward to diving into the world of women's basketball and men's football. The first book in the Fourth Quarter Fever series will be Home Town Advantage, coming on September 4, 2025.
Her writing is known for laughs, tears, and being one-handed reads.

This book was nothing short of pure perfection that had me changing my undergarments multiple times and giving me a Daddy Kink I never knew I was missing out on!
The storyline was so real and raw, with all the angst and emotions. The 2 MC’s were developed so well and the laughter and banter left me swooning!!

Who here loves an age gap romance, yes? You ,you no?
Me!!? Hell yeah!!! I'm putty for one. Everyone who knows me now knows that it's the best trope there is ever.
Am not even gonna address the other tropes for the sole reason am already hooked. But those other tropes are killer as well, so bloody good.
Indecent Ventures, come on the title itself calls for clearing your spank bank!! Am i right or am I right. And shit this one, how can you bloody top this one! Why you say, for the only reason as each book progresses the next keeps topping the previous. Ooo to be in my head. Ok going back to the reason I'm here.
Jade and Collin, Jade yes named after our lovely queen Jade Dollston, and Collin, hey daddy. Initially when introduced to these characters in the previous books you would not think of them as a couple who makes sense. But boy oh boy. Jade is a firecracker with the daddy issue and Collin is the older playboy with a heart of gold and love for that one blond! Who who, well of course Jade.
This book I'm so happy i read it in a freaking day , beating your ass T. It was so bloody worth it. The places I laughed at the situations that they got themselves in , grabbed some cold water to cool myself off and cried for the pain they underwent. This one is nothing short of amazing. It's too little and will fall short to explain what i feel for these two right now.
Here is the unlikely couple with more than a decade of age gap between each other. The sassy woman who joins the playboy Collin who fits together like it's always meant to be.
The smut hellooooo the sexy times in this books ai ai ai ai, so bloody good. I think i unraveled after reading this one. Am happy about it. So many revelations.
The secondary characters whom we all know and love make an appearance and get introduced to some new ones as well who are just a hoot in their own wonderful way.
You can't help but fall in love with these guys more n more .
It's already my top books for a comfort read .

Thank you to AK Landow for this perfection of an e-book. I had the pleasure of reading this as an ARC Book. Back to the book, HOLY HOT DAMN! This book literally came in thick with the hotness.
Let’s start off with the prologue, thank the universe I was no where out in public, because of how sexy and demanding it was. Lord, I had to fan myself in the Costco gas station line.
I was screaming out of freakin excitement.
Jade is a badass! An 18 year old with a difficult past with men, her father, and other men her mother dated. I love a female main character with sass, no nonsense attitude, backtalks, stands up to bully, and kicks ass and takes names. She has an amazing job working for her cousin and meets a nameless man one night who rocks her world and then vanishes into thin air after their one night stand.
Collin, a playboy, a man all the girls want but can never have because he’s a flavor of the week kinda man. Hooks up with this insatiable woman after a one night stand, immediately leaves and vanishes in the night after learning startling news. But after fantasizing about his best friends wife for years, he finally stops and begins thinking about his one night stand that happened 4 years ago.
YOU GUYS! When I say I’ve never read a book faster than this ebook. I FREAKIN MEAN IT. A. Collin and Jade have an amazing encounter and he disappears. Four years later they see each other again and the intense attraction is still there. He is older than her and is best friends with her cousin’s husband. They decide to have a secret relationship with no strings but things start to change and real feelings start to evolve. They both have commitment issues can they be together or will fear keep them apart? Great characters and storyline Highly recommended Amazing book. I love Collin and Jade their character development was amazing. Excellent supporting characters. I love the sarcasm and the spicy scenes and the beautiful connection of love.

oh man...there aren't enough stars! Ak has EASILY become one of my favorite authors. This book was one of my top reads of 2023. Probably top 5. She has a way of sucking you in with every word. Collin was *chef's kiss*. He was hilarious and so sure of what he wanted. He was hands down one of my favorite characters in all her books. I love a character with enough depth to keep me completely interested and he definitely ticked every box. And Jade...slightly broken but equally just as amazing. I loved their banter...their attraction..everything. I can't recommend this book enough.

Collin is truly the funniest, most playful manchild. Call Collin for a good time with no commitments. He’s also very much underestimated and misunderstood. Jade is very professionally stable but her personal life is very no commitments allowed. These 2 together are pure magical dynamite. How will they overcome their personal hang-ups? Will they? Jade and Collin are what happens when two people are made perfectly for each other. Indecent Ventures made me fall even more in love with this series!
Jade and Collin have one encounter 4 years ago. The second he finds out her age he bolts. Fast forward 4 years and Jade has an amazing career, makes good money, and is the embodiment of confidence. Just one thing, she has complete trust and abandonment trauma. She's a hit it and quit girl never having a relationship and always leaving before she gets hurt. Collin is still living the playboy life but is a stable adult, contrary to what others think. When they run into each other again the pull is magnetic, but Collin worries about the age difference and what Carter would say. Jade knows how good Collin is in and out of the bedroom so she proposes they keep it casual and don't tell anyone. When they start spending more and more time together they start to realize how much they like being with the other. But Jade's abandonment issues are like a big old red stop sign. She doesn't know if she truly wants to take a swing at trusting another man. The question is can Collin tie her heart to his and have their happy ending (in more ways than one 😏).
Both Jade and Collin think they'll never settle down so keeping it casual works for both of them. Jade is so confident in herself but not when it comes to relationships. She still has yet to fully deal with the way she was abandoned by Declan.
When Jade stood up for Collin and was his cheerleader, encouraging him to do what makes him happy I couldn't stop smiling.

When I say this age-gap Raunch-con was EVERYTHING I needed!! Wow, what a book this was. Jade and Collin were absolutely MADE for each other!! I don’t even need to write a long ass review because all you need to know is that this book 10/5 stars and the spice was scorching HOT!! This book made me have all the feels. It has amazing characters, family, love, wit, smart ass comments, so many jokes, so much heart, two people scared to love but meant for each other, and the spice was top notch!! This book has it all and is so worth the read.
I’ve said it before but AK Landow’s writing is so damn good! I love the way she writes her characters. I couldn’t get enough of this book and the couple it’s about! Make sure you get your copy when it comes out. It’s a scorching hot must read! Thank you for the ARC and allowing me to read this book.

Okay to say I’m a bit obsessed with this book is a bit of an understatement. Let’s see….Age Gap✅ Second chance✅ Forbidden Romance✅ So yes I absolutely fell in love with Jade and Collins story. Oh and btw these two are freakin hilarious! Seriously I died laughing so hard because Jade is super sassy and definitely gives playboy Collin a run for his money. Now the spice 🥵 good lord these two just….yeah I’ll leave it there lol. Now when you read this because it is a MUST READ you will understand my need to go find some more bar swings on my next trip to Mexico LOL. Seriously I think I have quickly found one of my new favorite authors because I read book one and loved it. Book two is amazing and now I need to go back and read the other books from the other series. Sooooo good could not recommend more.

I had met Collin in a previous book or two and he was certainly the madcap he portrayed.

I've always enjoyed AK Landow's work, but this book made me love her work 10 times more. This book is definitely in my top 5 reads of the year so far, that's who amazing it was. Jade and Collin had me so invested in their story because they are 100% made for each other and I loved every second of it. If you want a book that is guaranteed to suck you in with the writing, plot, jokes, witty banter, and some smokin hot spice, then this one will do the trick. I laughed, I cheered, and I fell in love with this book. Go buy this book now!!!!!!

I really enjoyed the story of Jade and Collin. I like how initial meetings in this series are all tying back to one event. It makes you start to wonder/guess about who is next. The family is still raunchy and funny.

Collin and Jade are probably my favorite couple!! I love them! This book was great. I finished it in a day because I did not want to put it down!! Absolutely recommend this book but suggest you start with book one, they are both amazing!

This book is about Jade and Colin, and their unconventional love story. They are both stubborn and independent with an instant connection that is purely physical. While they have an unconventional start they way they just start dating reminded me a lot of my husbands and I’s relationship, which resonated a lot of the oh it just happened factor!
Now I will say, just like Conflicting Ventures, this book is spicy and kicks off in the first chapter. It will also give you some interesting ideas 🚜🚧 for locations to get spicy!
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It’s lighthearted and was a fun read!

Oh my gosh! A. K. has done it a-freaking-gain. That was wonderfully delicious and I need more! I am slowly but surely becoming addicted to these characters and never want the cure. I will happily suffer until the end of time. If you haven't read this book or book 1 or any of her books for that matter. You are tripping! Well done love well freaking done!

Now we all know how I feel about age-gap….I love it! It’s hard to create a pair that is perfect for each other in every way but this book had that. Jade and Collin were like the perfect puzzle pieces for each other and I was HERE FOR IT. Not only was the spice SPICY but the rhythm in which everything flowed was ideal; not plot gaps, no missing pieces and everything meshed. There was sassy attitudes, witty comments and the humor was just enough to not make this into a rom-com completely. I loved this book so much it was just what I needed on my shelf.

I haven’t seen an author who’s done what you done & come up with these amazing characters & even more amazing storylines & be giving us back to back books so quickly. Definitely Wonder Woman over here. You can do no wrong! Each couple you have written has stuck with me & now we are on these two & I was completely blown away by this book.

We have our feisty & opinionated FMC Jade who tells it how it is but is dealing with daddy issues for most of her life & because of that is not willing to let any man in & not wanting to fall in love. She meets our MMC, Collin, at her cousin Reagan’s party (Jade has always had a playful crush on Reagan’s husband Carter) who experience the time of her life with Collin before he takes off after Reagan’s big announcement.
We have our playboy, funny as hell but loving MMC Collin, who works under his family’s construction but has always had a different outlook on his own style of work. His own family doesn’t believe in what he wants to do & wants to stick to what they always has known. His best friend Carter (Yes that Carter) always been by his side & been such a great support system. (Collin has always had a crush on Carter’s Wife Reagan). You get the dilemma now.
4 years later, since having close connections, of course they are bound to run into each other again but nothing is acted on until the sexual tension runs high one night & it was only a matter of time before they erupt. Into each other.

Indecent Ventures made me fall even more in love with this series! This is the second book in the series Belles of Broad Street and is the story of Jade and Collin.
Initially when introduced to these characters in the previous books you would not think of them as a couple who makes sense. But boy oh boy. Jade is a firecracker with the daddy issue and Collin is the older playboy with a heart of gold and love for that one blond! Who, well of course Jade.
Jade and Collin had one encounter 4 years ago. The second he finds out her age he bolts. Fast forward 4 years and Jade has an amazing career, makes good money, and is the embodiment of confidence. Just one thing, she has complete trust and abandonment trauma. She's a hit and quit girl never having a relationship and always leaving before she gets hurt.
Collin is still living the playboy life but is a stable adult, contrary to what others think. But watching his best friend marry the girl of his dreams, starts to change something in him but not yet. When they run into each other again the pull is magnetic, but Collin worries about the age difference and what Carter would say. Jade knows how good Collin is in and out of the bedroom so she proposes they keep it casual and don't tell anyone. When they start spending more and more time together they start to realise how much they like being with the other. But Jade's abandonment issues are like a big old red stop sign. She doesn't know if she truly wants to take a swing at trusting another man. The question is can Collin tie her heart to his and have their happy ending.
Both Jade and Collin think they'll never settle down so keeping it casual works for both of them. Jade is so confident in herself but not when it comes to relationships. She still has yet to fully deal with the way she was abandoned by Declan.
It has amazing characters, family, love, wit, smart ass comments, so many jokes, so much heart, two people scared to love but meant for each other, and the spice was top notch!! This book has it all and is so worth the read.

I’m in love with this authors books, I swear I’m either fanning myself from the spice & I’m laughing from something that was said. Let’s start with Collin Fitz, he works in the family business with his brothers & happens to be Carters best friend. He is attending the birthday celebration for Carters wife Reagan, who is has no problem hitting on from time to time just to poke fun with his best friend. During his time at the party he gets approached by the lovely Jade at the bar, he has no idea who she is or that she is Regans cousin. That’s where things get pretty spicy in a closet. Jade McGinley is the daughter of Declan whom I’m sure you have read about in the previous series, Jade is extremely talented in her career & has no problem letting you know how it is. She has some things she struggles with mentally from when he father left the first 7 years of her life due to his drug addiction & she speaks with her therapist regularly about these issues. Now Jade loves older men, so when she saw Collin standing at the bar alone she took her shot & it’s was amazing, but that’s before he found out her age & took off. Now four years later, the sexual chemistry is still just as intense but this time they are both older & both believe they can keep this just causal sex. After months of some pretty damn great sex, they both take notice that they’re hardly apart & don’t won’t to hide anymore. I will say I was dying laughing when Jade stood up to Mac & when they mentioned a shower bra! I had a feeling Declan would loose his shit, and when that new broke at the hospital I was shocked he didn’t break anything else. I’m just say Collin could call me whatever he wanted on that swing in Mexico or on an excavator as long as I was dickmatized cause we know Big Daddy is very blessed in that department. Overall I’m obsessed with these two & I loved how it ended for them, obviously if you haven’t already go back and read the series before so you can see what brought this big family together.

Collin is your typical playboy. He just wants to have fun and doesn't want to commit to anything at the moment. But watching his best friend marry the girl of his dreams, starts to change something in him but not yet. Collin still has a crush on his best friend's wife but even with the jokes he will never act out on it. Jade is a genius. She knows what she wants, and she will do what she has to do to succeed. She sadly has commitment and men issues thanks to her dad but what's the harm in having a little fun. She will always break their hearts first before they can break hers. But after a mind-blowing, toe-curling moment with Collin, some things start to change. He disappears on her that night and avoids her at all costs only because of her age but she didn't know that.
Now its 4 years later and the chemistry is still there but stronger than ever. Can they really keep their hands to themselves? Can Collin get over the age difference and the feeling of disappointing his best friend?
This age gap romance is definitely one of my favorite reads this year. I was sucked into this funny, witty, intense romance and I didn't want it to end. My heart hurt for Collin because of the way his family treats him. A family is supposed to love and support you, not tear you down and constantly think you're a child. But the way Jade stood up to them had my heart melting. Love does take you by surprise but it's a surprise that's worth it.

Body shuddering, Toe curling story!
The story is absolutely amazing. I can't help keep the grin off my face the whole time I was reading this book.
The spicy scenes were too spicy that held me glued to the book. I had completed this book under two days of its arrival.
It's safe to say thay Jude and Collin are currently my favorite couple and Collin is my current book boyfriend.
The chemistry between the characters is so intense it has you diving in fantasies and dreams of their spiciness.
I can't even with this book. I can't with Jude and Collin's unfiltered mouth. The characters and their development is spot on. Jude is one hell of a badass and her pairing with another badass of a person like Collin was fabulous.
I had so fun, open mouth loudly laughing kind fun, reading, with Jude's whole family being so humorous and open in all aspects, with Jude and Collin being the perfect couple and together railing each and every person up everytime. The humor and sexual talks in this book won't disappoint you one bit. The whole family is top notch and perfectly complicated.
I liked how instead of running away from the situation, most of the time, they communicated with each other. Never assuming and always talking it out. Why do I say most of the time? For that you would have to read the book.
I can't stop writing on and on about this ARC. AK landow did an awesome job with both the books in the series. I loved them, I love this.

Book two in the series. I was waiting for this Age Gap, second chance and Forbidden trope.
We met Collins in Jade Dollstons book Deadly Protector.
Wow Collin and Jade were so perfect for each other. Despite their 16 Yr age gap they were equal in every way. From their looks, personality, insecurities and their hilarious filter free mouth.
Jade has commitment issues and Collins has always felt to be the family disappointment and doesn't think he can ever keep a woman happy.
Their meet cute was hot but then Collin found out she was 18 and related to his close friends.
So they spent 4 years avoiding each other. Their chemistry was hot and hard to avoid it. So it starts as no strings attached and a secret relationship. But with a couple so compatible in every way, can they really avoid feelings?
I loved how they each broke down the walls unknowingly.
This story was so fun, sweet, loving, laugh out loud hilarious, family, friends, emotional, trauma, and super steamy.
I liked how the author wrote the story with character development throughout. They were easy to relate with and love.
I also liked how protective Jade was with Collin over his family. That woman is fearless.
Was great to see the old characters and their hilarious family dinners. The innuendos are topnotch. I would love to join their family dinner. 😂

Phew, that was practically a single sitting read.

When we meet him, he’s got that whole charisma, the forever bachelor, interested in one thing only, and while he is a non confrontational hotmess, enter Jade, ready to rock his world into oblivion. 😈
I loved how much attention was paid on Jade’s own insecurities & fears, and the struggle of letting people in.
It certainly had me laughing on dozen occasions, with its hearty vibe, their families are so hands on /with everything/ they made me blush!
I guess I wanted more drama, towards that big bang, to solidify it as a five star, but I’d still recommend it if you want a book, that touches on childhood abandonment, fear of committing to another, and healing, because it most definitely has those in spades. There is a lot of character growth, and plenty of spice, to not make it feel like it’s taking too much of their respective POV’s.
Daddy Collin certainly has a filthy mouth, and I ate that up. 🥵🫠
I sat down this morning, and finished it in a single sitting. I read maybe 40 pages last night, before sleep. 😂

I really do love this book. Both main characters have major issues with commitment. I love the age gap in this story. The drama in this story is so understanding. Jade is so funny. Collin is just as funny as her. They make a great couple if they could get past their own issues. I will say I absolutely hate Collins family in most of this book. I want to do just like Jade and set them straight. How can someone even if they make bad decisions be treated that way. I mean from my understanding, his actions have never hurt the family. Therefore he shouldn’t be treated that way. Now Jade is a whole mess in a ham basket. I think it is awesome that she seeks someone for help with everything. It’s hard for some to be able to do that. Her dad is a train wreck. Now a controlled train wreck but I am half and half on hating or liking him. I was so frustrating to see how he treats her like she is a little girl still. The ending of this book is so much better than I thought it was going to be. I was worried it would go a different way.

Love this book, another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ read, AK is an absolute genius where these books are concerned. From the City of Sisterly Love series and now this series Belles of Broad Street they are all just so good you are guaranteed the laughs but also the tears followed by more laughs oh and how could I forget the spice cos believe me there is so much spice.
Personally, I would recommend starting from the beginning with Knight book 1 of the City of Sisterly Love series because the characters cross over. Work your way through them because I know you are gonna love them.
This is Collin and Jades' story. we have met both in previous books,
Collin is the older guy, total player, and the joker who just wants an easy life with no confrontation.
Jade hasn't had it easy. No father arround for the first seven years, so she as issues and has built those walls high to protect her self, but shes determined to make something of her self and she definitely doesn't need a man in her life to achieve her goals.
These two are absolutely perfect together. The chemistry and the banter in this book are just perfect, and it's definitely a rollercoaster ride full of ups and downs I don't want to give to much away so download it and give theae books a try you will not be disappointed....... The chemistry is absolutely out of this world - melt your freaking e-reader hot! 🔥🔥🔥 Their emotions really come through, so it's not just about the amorous times. Everything comes together and I am so down for it!!! ❤️❤️❤️
There is a family tree at the beginning of the book and that helps so so much! There are a lot of characters, so it helps to keep everyone straight. ❤️ I love love love the supporting characters.

This is the second book in the 'Belles of Broad Street' series. I want to go back and read the first book. There is also another series in this universe (City of Sisterly Love). I am so excited to go back and read about some of the couples I saw in this story ❤️.
