solid read

Not for the faint of heart but extremely informative and will motivate you outside of your comfort zone for increased success and the right type of productivity. Profound in an industry where there is no barriers to entry and the advice and best practices you receive are often ambigious and difficult to identify true thought leadership, due to overall fragmentation between the act of recruitment, agency recruiter, corporate recruiter, recruitment versus sales, full desk 360 recruitment, business development, delivery, managed services, staff augmentation, etc.
